SHIPPING POLICY
In the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, you will normally receive itbetween 48 and 72 hoursafter you have placed your order or we have received confirmation of the transfer if this has been the payment method you have chosen.

We do not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays,so we won't ship your order on a Friday either, as we don't want your products to spend days in storage situations we can't control.
Occasionally on some dates it may take a little longer.

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on the products you have in your shopping cart.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
If you want to exchange or return an item, you can do so within a periodmaximum of 30 daysfrom the date of delivery.
If you want to make a change in your order for a different item or another size, you will have to place a new order and process the return of the unwanted item.
All returned itemsthey must be in perfect condition, unused and with the label.Articles that do not meet these characteristics will be refused.

Once you have requested a return, it must be packaged securely. It is important that you indicate in the document the item you wish to return.
