  • Is it safe to order online?
    All the purchases you make in our online store are 100% safe. Your bank details will be protected and encrypted by the most advanced technology.
  • How do I know that the order has been placed correctly?
    After completing the purchase process, an order confirmation will appear on the screen. In addition, on the other hand, you will receive an order confirmation by email which will be proof that we have received your order and you will be able to access the details of your order by accessing the MY ACCOUNT section. There you will have the history of all the orders.
  • How can I track my order?
    When your order has left our warehouses, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking code, together with the link to the page of our logistics operator, where you can check the delivery status. Our “Deliveries a la Carte” allow changes to both the delivery location and the delivery time slot and allow you to speak directly with the carrier if you need to.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping costs are FREE for the peninsular territory and the Balearic Islands from a purchase of 49 euros or for any purchase amount if you choose collection at one of the Intersport stores. . For amounts below 49 euros, shipping costs are 4.95 euros, even for deliveries within 48 hours.
  • Which countries do you ship items to?
    Currently, we only ship to any city in Spain, except Ceuta and Melilla.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    Once the order has been placed, it cannot be canceled by Intersport. You can refuse it when the transport company goes to make the delivery or proceed with its return using the request given to you next to the order.
